Education: Must be an RN or an LPN,
as delegated by the RN in accordance with
Section 4723.02 of the Revised Code
and have a BD or AD in health or human
services. RN and LPN
shall have a current and valid license to
practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
Job Duties: A highlight of
the duties including conducting
assessments and re-assessments for our
Home Healthcare Clients and supervising
our Home Health Care Aides; In an
accurate and timely manner, contribute to
the nursing assessment of the licensed
practical nurse’s care by
collecting, reporting, and recording
objective and subjective data;
Administration of medications and
treatments prescribed by a Licensed
Physician;
