Education: Previous
experience in Home Repairs. Must be extremely
detailed oriented,
highly motivated and have
exceptional organizational and
planning skills and the
ability to follow directions. Experience in
working with the public is a
plus! |

Job Description: (the following is a
highlight ONLY and not in its entirety of
the related duties and services we
provide)
- Installation
of safety devices, i.e. Smoke
alarms, carbon monoxide
detectors, or replacement
batteries;
- Installation
of ceiling fans
- Accessibility
modification, i.e., Doorways etc.
- Plumbing
and electrical repairs;
- Repair
or replacement of broken window
panes;
- Repair
or replacement of Screens;
- Replacement
of installation of electrical
fuses;
- Toilet
repairs and/or replacements;
- Bathroom
Tear-outs & Installs;
- Installing
Grab Bars;
- Replace
flooring (not carpeting);
- Door
hardware replacement;
- Door
repairs or replacement;
- Painting;
- Drywalling
Job duties include
but are not limited to:
- Contacting Client
to schedule service days
- Evaluation of
Clients needs
- Ordering and
Picking up materials
- Measurements,
pictures of area, and sketchs if
required
- Obtaining Permits
when applicable
- Completing the Job
Order
- Photographing
completed work
